How can we help?

BiFu (BIFU) is a digital asset exchange platform operated by Decode Digital (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 627 421 952). It lets eligible customers exchange Australian dollars (AUD) for USDT, and USDT for AUD.

What you can do on BiFu

• Follow live prices for the major crypto assets, quoted in USD or AUD.
• Exchange AUD for USDT and USDT for AUD, with a quote shown before you confirm.
• Pay by bank transfer from an account in your own name; the USDT you buy is sent to your own wallet.
• See fixed-term USDT Yield products, which are offered on trivesta.io, a third-party website.

Our approach

We keep things clear: plain-language product terms and risk disclosures in front of every product rather than buried at the bottom of a page, and fees and spreads shown before you confirm.

You use BiFu in your browser at bifu.com.au and portal.bifu.com.au, on desktop, tablet and phone. The Terms and Conditions also refer to a BiFu mobile Trading App; if and when an app is available, it will be linked from bifu.com.au.

Add BiFu to your home screen

• iPhone / iPad (Safari): open portal.bifu.com.au, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
• Android (Chrome): open portal.bifu.com.au, tap the ⋮ menu, then "Add to Home screen".
• Desktop: bookmark portal.bifu.com.au so you always land on the genuine site.

Stay on official links

Any BiFu app will only ever be linked from bifu.com.au. Never install an "official BiFu app" from a link sent in a message, ad or group chat.

Markets

Live prices, 24h change and volume for the assets we support. Prices are powered by Independent Reserve and can be shown in USD or AUD using the toggle in the site header.

Buy & Sell

Exchange AUD and USDT. You see a quote — which includes BiFu's spread and fees — before you confirm. The order book and charts on the page are market information.

Yield

Fixed-term USDT products: lock USDT for a set number of days for an expected annualised return. They are offered on trivesta.io, a third-party website, not by BiFu AU. Returns are not guaranteed and principal is not protected — see the Wealth section.

Only the channels below speak for BiFu. If someone contacts you from anywhere else claiming to be BiFu, treat it as a scam.

Staying safe

Never share your password, 2FA codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys with anyone, and never move funds to a wallet you do not control because someone asks you to.

Decode Digital (Australia) Pty Ltd, which operates BiFu, is registered with AUSTRAC (registration number 100581837) as a virtual asset service provider and is a reporting entity under the AML/CTF Act. It does not hold an Australian financial services licence.

Know your customer (KYC)

BiFu must identify and verify you before it provides services, and on an ongoing basis. You may be asked for government ID, proof of address, a photo or live image, and information about your occupation, source of funds and the purpose of your transactions.

Questions about verification or compliance

Email [email protected]. Please do not send identity documents by email — if we need documents, we will ask for them inside your account.

• Use multi-factor authentication whenever BiFu requires or offers it.
• Use a unique password you do not use on any other site.
• Always check the address bar shows bifu.com.au or portal.bifu.com.au before you log in.
• Never share 2FA codes, seed phrases or private keys — not even with BiFu support.
• Double-check the network and the wallet address before every transfer: blockchain transfers are irreversible.

If you think your account is compromised

Change your password straight away, then email [email protected] from the address registered on your account so we can review recent activity with you.

Scammers often pose as exchange staff, "recovery agents" or investment mentors. Warning signs:

• Guaranteed or unusually high returns.
• Pressure to act now, or to keep it secret.
• Requests to send crypto to a personal wallet to "unlock" or "verify" funds.
• Links to look-alike websites or apps.

If in doubt, stop, and check with us through an official channel before you do anything.

Email [email protected]. To help us answer quickly, send from the email address on your BiFu account and include:

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• The date and time, and any transaction ID or deposit reference.
• A screenshot, if it helps — with any passwords or codes hidden.

You can also ask BB.BOY, the assistant in the bottom corner of every page, for quick answers or to pass a message to the team.

Networks

The same token can exist on several blockchains. USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum are not interchangeable at the address level — always send on the network the receiving address expects.

Stablecoins

USDT is a stablecoin designed to track the US dollar. It usually trades very close to 1 USD, but that is not guaranteed.

Volatility

Crypto prices can move sharply in either direction within minutes. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

• Register at portal.bifu.com.au with your email and a password.
• Verify your identity — Australian law requires this before you can transact.
• Request a quote, then pay by bank transfer from an account in your own name.

You must be 18 or over and not in a Restricted Jurisdiction. Verification is required, not optional, and may be repeated on an ongoing basis.

Buying USDT

Transfer the AUD amount to the bank account BiFu nominates, from a bank account in your own name — payments from other people's accounts are not accepted. Once cleared funds arrive, the USDT is sent to the wallet address you nominated.

Selling USDT, wallets and networks

Send the USDT to the deposit address, and on the network, that BiFu specifies for that transaction; the AUD is then paid to a bank account in your own name. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: funds sent to the wrong address or network may not be recoverable.

Use "Forgot password" on the portal log-in page to reset your password by email.

Lost access to your authentication device? Email [email protected] from your registered address. BiFu may need to verify your identity before it can help.

On the Buy/Sell page choose a pair and an amount to see a quote. The quote includes BiFu's spread and fees and is valid only for the period shown. A transaction is formed when BiFu accepts and confirms your order; BiFu may decline an order before then.

Reading the market data

• Latest price: the most recent trade.
• 24h change, high and low: how the price moved over the last 24 hours.
• Volume: how much traded in that time.

Use the USD / AUD toggle in the header to switch every price on the site. AUD prices come from real AUD markets on Independent Reserve, not a converted USD figure, so the two can differ slightly. Prices shown are third-party market data and may be delayed; the quote you confirm is the price that applies. Your choice is remembered on this device.

Copy trading lets you automatically mirror the trades of another trader. It is not part of the services described in BiFu's Terms and Conditions, which cover exchanging AUD and USDT.

Be wary of anyone offering "BiFu copy trading" or signal groups today: they are not operated by BiFu.

Fake giveaways

Never send crypto to anyone in order to receive a reward. "Send 1, get 2 back" offers are always scams.

Yield lets you lock USDT for a fixed number of days. Income accrues daily and is paid with your principal when the term ends. On bifu.com.au these products are offered on trivesta.io, a third-party website, not by BiFu AU; BiFu's Terms and Conditions cover the AUD/USDT exchange only.

Subscribing

Open a product from the Yield page, which takes you to trivesta.io behind a notice. There you enter an amount, agree to the terms and choose Invest Now. Subscriptions are accepted until the round closes or the quota is filled.

Yield products are not savings accounts. Returns are not guaranteed and your principal is not protected — you may get back less than you put in.
